We have our own in house dyeing unit which has surrounded the area 200 decimal with a world class water treatment plant (WTP) & Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). The capacity of our dyeing unit is 15000 kg per day. We are proud to say that the machinery which we are using in dyeing is full of modern amenities to give world class dyed fabric to manufacture. Presently our dye house capacity is around 12000 kg per day. We have atmospheric & high pressure dyeing m/c where we can dye cotton, p/c, cvc, viscose, blend fiber fabrics. Our dyeing vessels are the latest models from FONG'S (CHINA) with computerized control system. The vessel capacity ranges from 5 kg to 1500 kg which contributes extreme flexibility which handling variety of order size. We have computerized LAWER (Italy) auto dosing system for chemicals/auxiliaries supply to dyeing machines.

Finishing
In house finishing unit ensures that any fabric that moves to our garments unit is standard quality product. The finishing machineries were selected carefully that are customized to process knit fabrics. We have both tubular & open width finishing facilities; in open we are able to finish up to 97 inches. The machinery list includes:
- Dewatering & slitting m/c from BIANCO (Italy)
- Dryer from ICOMATEX (Spain)
- Compactor (Tubular) from Tubetex (USA)
- Stenter with 8 chambers from LK (Taiwan)
- Open width compactor from FERRARO (Italy).
